REV. GLENDA'S BIO
Rev. Glenda is an inspirational teacher of the New Thought Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) principles. Rev. Glenda has worked dedicatedly for over 25 years with small groups and private individuals, supporting them in learning and using spiritual principles in their lives. At present, she is busy leading weekly Sunday services, facilitating Wednesday evening study groups, and teaching certificated classes. As of 2012, Rev. Glenda successfully taught and guided 7 new CSL students in becoming fully licensed CSL practitioners.
Rev. Glenda matriculated from Holmes Institute in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2003, with a Master’s Degree in Consciousness Studies. In 2006, she was ordained as a CSL Minister and has been the Spiritual Director of the Spiritual Enrichment Center of Dothan for over a fourteen years. She also has an undergraduate degree in education and previously taught both elementary school and Montessori education. Rev. Glenda has also worked in banking, mortgage loans and as a yoga teacher.
Rev. Glenda has been married to Marvin Davis for over 50 years. Marvin retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Colonel and from FEMA where he worked in public affairs. They have two grown children and two beautiful granddaughters. Along with traveling to visit her granddaughters in France, Rev. Glenda loves to read, walk, exercise, meditate and spend time with friends. Rev. Glenda’s favorite topic of conversation is anything to do with spiritual ideas!
