We had a very special opportunity to learn from chef extraordinaire, David Bey, “The Art of Eating Good”. David has specialized in “deliciousness” all of his adult life as a vegetarian/vegan Chef.
He has studied with master chefs in China, Thailand, the Philippines, Peru, Mexico and throughout the USA. He even studied, “Healing the Body with Live Food”, with Cottonwood’s very own Hank and Yemi Bates Jones.
